Delivering unrivaled versatility for a variety of outdoor and indoor large-format applications and ease of use, the HP Designjet L25500 Printer featuring HP Latex Printing Technologies offers durability comparable to using eco-solvent inks, while reducing the impact of printing on the environment. The newest addition to the HP Latex Printing Technologies portfolio, the HP Designjet L25500 Printer is a truly green alternative in the printing industry.  The Latex inks are non-combustabile and non-hazardous, and many HP materials are fully recyclable.

Gerber’s original wide-format UV-cationic inkjet printer series offers both a true flatbed and true roll-to-roll configuration that provide superior adhesion and color for outdoor-durable graphics with selectable resolution up to 720 dpi. Its advanced GerberCAT™ cationic UV inks and low temperature patent-pending Cold Fire Cure™ technology make the Solara ion compatible with the widest range of rigid and flexible materials including those sensitive to heat.

Mimaki JV3-160SP Printer

The Mimaki JV3-160SP is a true solvent printer, and is a true work horse in the signage industry.  It prints a very large array of flexible roll-to-roll products and produces high quality, extremely durable prints.  Primarily used for banners, vehicle wraps and trade show prints, it is an extremely versatile piece of equipment.

Mimaki CG-160FX Plotter

As a standalone unit, or paired with the JV3 printer, this is a powerful plotter.  Any vinyl prints from any of our printers can be die-cut to any custom shape on this plotter.  Additionally, it offers the capability of "half-cutting" which perforates the backing material allowing for custom shaped stickers and decals already cut out.  The blade style used is extremely unique allowing for a very accurate cut for fine detail cutting as well.  We can plot up to 62" material on this machine.

The Graphtec FC4100-130 plotter is an essential piece of equipment.  It is our primary vinyl plotter, for cutting the majority of high performance standard vinyl color jobs.  We also use it to pen plot drawings for installation patterns and to ensure a plot file is properly setup before outputting the final version on the vinyl itself.  We can plot up to 48" material on this machine.

Seal 60" Digital Laminator

The Seal 60" Digital Laminator is another key piece of equipment at Signs Now.  Although all of our printers output weather-resistant prints without lamination, our laminator allows us to extend the life of most prints by adding UV protection and another layer of durability.  We only use laminates specifically designed for each material and purpose, including vehicle wraps, perforated window vinyl, tradeshow materials, floor vinyls and other specialty products.

GERBER SABRE routers are ideally suited for dimensional sign making, woodworking, and parts fabrication applications. SABRE routing systems offer high-speed letter and graphic design routing along with increased capacity.  This router allows us to provide custom shaped signage on a variety of materials, as well as dimensional letters and v-carved signage.

Our Vision Engraver allows us to engrave a wide array of plastics and metals for name badges, trophies, plaques and ADA complaint Braille signage. 

Millenium 575 Badge Printer

The Millenium 575 Thermal Badge printer is a unique piece of equipment.  It uses thermal transfer ribbons to print spot and 4-color process images on to metal and pvc blanks.  It is fantastic for name badges, plaques, passes, and custom cards. 

A comprehensive, state-of-the-art thermal transfer graphics production system.  This printer uses a wide array of thermally transferred ribbons to produce high-quality graphics in solid colors and halftones.  Typically used for decals, bumper stickers, parking decals, static cling and other small size projects in both small and large quantity.

A sprocket-driven plotter, this allows for long runs of plotted vinyl, without the risk of skewing.  This machine is primarily used to die-cut printed material from the Gerber Edge.  This allows to have a print-cut system that is independent of our newer, large-format, printing equipment.
